Peach Honey Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups peach juice 1 cup cold water 3 cups granulated sugar 1/4 Tbsp butter Juice of 1 lemon Recipe Boil peach juice, water and sugar together exactly 4 minutes. Strain through 2 layers of cheesecloth. Strain 3 times. Stir in the butter and the lemon juice. Bottle and seal while hot.
