1 dozed ears of fresh corn, cut from the cob
2 yellow onions chopped fine
4 red peppers, seeded and chopped fine
2 green peppers, seeded and chopped fine
1 head of green cabbage, chopped fine
2 cups cane sugar
3 pints cider vinegar
1 Tbsp mustard seed
2 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp celery seed
Recipe
Scald the chopped cabbage in hot cider vinegar, add other ingredients and cook at a low simmer for 1 hour. Bottle and seal while still hot.
